Customer Service and Public Relations at December PRA Meeting
The Public Relations Association of Central Illinois (PRA) will have its next meeting on December 17, 2008 at Barrack’s Cater Inn in Peoria, IL from 11:45 a.m-1 p.m. Cost is $17 for members or $22 for non-members.
The topic is “Customer Service and Public Relations” and will feature speaker Celeste Mathesen, Director of Communications for Catholic Charities of Diocese of Peoria. Mathesen will share how public relations professionals can use set service standards adopted from the Walt Disney Institue to ensure companies are delivering to the best of their ability. Walt Disney’s approach to service can be used as an excellent benchmarking tool for quality improvement.
